Jean-Louis Monnot, CPA

With over 30 years experience in the field of public accounting, Jean-Louis provides accounting, auditing, tax advice and business consulting services.

He specializes in the French tax aspects of real estate investment. He’s co-author of the only reference book for real estate professionals in France, dealing with its many legal, taxation and accounting aspects (a book published by Delmas).

Jean-Louis holds degrees in public accounting, supervisory accounting (he’s a French commissaire aux comptes) and tax law. He also has an graduate degree in business law from the University of Montpellier.

Laurent Guibourt, CPA, partner

Laurent has been a certified public accountant since 1988. He began his career with two of the leading French accounting firms where he carried out assignments for a variety of businesses. His experience earned him the title of supervisory accountant (French commissaire aux comptes) for publicly traded companies.

Laurent holds degrees in public accounting, supervisory accounting and law.
